4 Brothers Brewing

Born and brewed in Toowoomba, this small independent brewery supplies to local venues and has an on-site taproom where you can come and share a beer or fill a growler to take home. They have several year-round and seasonal beers and love to use local produce and ingredients.

Pechey Distilling Co.

This artisan micro-distillery is located in the beautiful high country region near Hampton, 40kms north of Toowoomba. The owners are passionate about using local and Australian grown ingredients in their spirits, including their own heirloom citrus trees! Check their website for when their distillery door is open for tastings and purchases of their vodka, gin and spiced cane spirit. You can also stay at their authentic and relaxing farm stay, with two renovated cottages right on the doorstep of the distillery.
